Course Description

The Welfare Transition Program in Florida was designed to promote employment and participant engagement. To ensure these goals are met, Florida’s Department of Economic Opportunity uses 4 different measures to assess a region’s efforts.

The goal of this course is twofold: First, you’ll learn how these 4 measurements are calculated, how they are presented in Monthly Management Reports (MMRs), and how Regional Workforce Board (RWB) staff can use the reports to monitor the region’s current statistics and progress over time. In addition, we’ll review some OSST reports that can help you quickly spot issues that can be rectified and thus positively impact the region’s performance. NOTE: Course access ends 90 days after registration.
