Course Description

This course has been designed to provide Florida case managers with a thorough understanding of the work activities assigned to participants to meet Welfare Transition Program (WTP) participation requirements. You'll begin with an overview of the various Core and Core Plus activities, then review the specifics of each activity, as well as the case management requirements associated with each. Along the way, you'll learn best practices for ensuring compliance and increasing performance success.

NOTE: To ensure comprehension, please print out all the course materials before beginning Chapter 1. This will help you understand and retain information as we move through the material and assist you in taking the Chapter quizzes.
