Course Description

This course will give you a solid understanding of support services available to both Mandatory and Transitional Welfare Transition Program participants. As a result, you’ll be empowered to provide these services to your participants, as needed, to help remove any obstacles or barriers to their employment and self-sufficiency. This includes diversion services such as Upfront Diversion and Relocation Assistance.
