Course Description

As a program staff member, each of your daily decisions and processes impacts your organization’s overall financial health—everything from budgeting customers’ training payments and daily time-tracking to funding stream assignments and procurement. During this course, we will walk you through an existing budget and then dive down into line-items to show you how each of these decisions ultimately impacts finances, program success and community need. By the end of the course, you'll have a deeper understanding of the reasoning behind best practices in program management and actionable tips for implementing them. Note: Course access ends 90 days after registration.
