Course Description

This course provides Florida WTP case managers with a thorough understanding of what JPRs, or Job Participation Rates, are and how Welfare Transition Program participation drives performance success and participant self-sufficiency. We’ll begin by learning what participation rate is, how it works, and how the JPR hours entered by case managers into the One Stop Service Tracking, or OSST, system affect the participation rate. Next, we’ll review some specific types of JPR entries and the requirements that go along with them. We will also explain some best practices for ensuring compliance and increasing performance success.
